Here at Next Step Fellowship kidZone we feel God has called us to introduce children to their Creator, teach them about their Lord, and guide them in worshipping their Savior by partnering with their parents and using current, relevant techniques to grow a generation of young people who are deeply, madly, in love with God and passionate about His kingdom.
As the Children’s Ministry Director I am committed to:
- Use my talents and gifts in service to bring honor and glory to my Lord and Savior.
- Never let fear, peer pressure, stress, or any other thing dim my passion for God or this ministry.
- Lead the ministry teams, families, and children to the best of my ability, seeking God’s guidance, and continuing to intentionally grow as a leader through study and application.
- Dream big and not let discouragement, “realism”, weariness, or any other thing keep this ministry from growing.
- Remember that every child is God’s son or daughter and treat them as such, loving them and wanting the best for them.
